Acted for and advised an oil major and its co-venturers in a dispute with a contractor for the decommissioning of gas field facilities under the LCIA Rules*
Acted for and advised the directors and majority shareholders of a landmark retail company "Mustafa Centre" to defend against claims of minority oppression and breach of directors' duties before the Singapore Courts*
Acted for and advised the Republic of India in an application before the Singapore International Commercial Court to challenge the arbitral tribunal's decision on jurisdiction in an investor-state arbitration brought by Nissan against the Republic of India*
Acted for and advised a Korean state-owned entity to resist an application to set aside an ICC award permitting the termination of a 20-year grain procurement contract worth at least US$449 million*
• Acted for and advised South African investors to resist an application by the Kingdom of Lesotho to the Singapore Courts to set aside a PCA award. Acted for and advised the South African investors in the related PCA Arbitration concerning expropriation claims of US$1.8 billion*
