Jean Goh is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Cavenagh Law LLP.

Jean has experience in contentious work and dispute resolution with an emphasis on domestic litigation and international arbitration.

Jean is also well-versed in criminal prosecution and investigation work from her time as State Counsel and Prosecutor in the Attorney-General’s Chambers of Singapore.

She graduated from the University of Oxford with First Class Honours and formerly served as a Justices’ Law Clerk in the Supreme Court of Singapore.

  • Acting for a major pension fund in relation to an investment in Asia in excess of US$480 million.
  • Acting on behalf of Singapore authorities in relation to a wide-ranging judicial review challenge against policies, legislation and advisories enacted in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. To date, this is the largest COVID-19 challenge brought in Singapore. **
  • Acting on behalf of Russian authorities in relation to the enforcement of a Russian confiscation order over assets of up to ₽11 billion under the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 2000. **
  • Acting on behalf of German authorities in relation to the restraint of assets of up to €200 million linked to the Wirecard financial scandal under the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 2000. **
